Donations received will be provided to non-profit organizations who give assistance for food, medical supplies, and financial aid to those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
SOMERVILLE, NJ, April 2, 2020 — Giftapart Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, dedicated to gifting happiness to people, is seeking donations from people and companies to help those in need during the novel coronavirus pandemic.
“The Giftapart Foundation uses the innovative gifting system within the Giftapart platform to facilitate collecting funds in a fun, social and easy way,” said Filipe Pedroso, President of the Giftapart Foundation, “What’s special about our gifting system is the way that contributors can be social while donating. After the donation, givers can provide a social comment and picture that is linked with their donation. People who wish to donate can either click on the parts to contribute, or enter a manual amount. If a contributor donates an amount that reaches a part amount of $20 or more, then the contributor is allocated those parts of the contribution in the visual part-system. The social comments are then linked to the parts that were donated by the contributor.
“Donations will be provided to vented and reputable organizations that provide assistance to those most impacted by the COVID-19 disease. This includes food services to those in need and stuck at home, important medical equipment that is vitally needed, financial assistance to individuals in unique circumstances due to the pandemic, and wherever legitimate needs that arise,” said Pedroso.
He added, “There are several benefits to contributing through the Giftapart Foundation. And, second, the Foundation will screen and provide funds to only those non-profit organizations that directly benefit the cause.
